I’ve just returned from shopping at Woolworths Southern River & wanted to congratulate you on the assistants on Check-outs 4 & 5. I observed patience, respect & politeness to 2 elderly customers who, quite frankly, needed a smack. This was from a young lady on check-out 4. The assistant on check-out 5 was just as friendly, polite & respectful to me, although I don’t think I needed a smack. Thank you for employing such lovely people.
