I forgot to bring my credit card this morning and Soula on the check out desk could not have been more friendly and helpful. She took my bags and packed them while I quickly returned home retrieved my card and returned. This was absolutely top quality service! I live on Sunbury Crescent and have shopped at Coles regularly since it opened and over the years I have found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful! Full marks to Coles, Surrey Hills and it’s wonderful staff.
