I had a wonderful experience today shopping at Coles Kinston Tas, I was struggling at the self serve checkout trying to understand how to use my gift card as a split payment also get money out. I asked the girl for help she came straight over & in no time she sorted it out for me. The main thing I wish to point out is she was pleasant did'nt make me feel like a nuisance or get annoyed people may argue she was just doing her job, however when someone gives great customer service it truly is gold.
