I am a regular shopper at Coles, Glenmore Park. Recently I needed to return a broken container and was greeted by Nearada at the service desk. Not only did she replace my broken container but took the time to explain to me the vacuum to seal the containers to make using them more effective. So a big hooray for being so friendly and helpful Nearada, I really appreciated the time and effort you put into making sure you gave me 100 percent customer satisfaction.
