I live in W A. I was trying to purchase on of your wednesday special buys. I was told non of the stores had received them but they might be delivered laterthat day or the following day. Noreal drama. I attempted to phone the store later that day to see if they had arrived. The phone message told me to phone back tommorrow as they were closed. It was 4.10 pm here. Surely if you have stores here they should be contactable in opening hours. I am sure you can stretch to paying a couple of operators for a couple of extra hours to cover WA business hours. Get your act together. Its supposed to be customer service after all!
